Leticia Guzman is an Associate with the firm. Leticia attended San Joaquin College of Law, where she graduated Valedictorian with High Honors in 2020. While attending law school, Leticia clerked for the Fifth District Court of Appeal and worked as a Certified Law Student with the Fresno City Attorney's Office. Upon graduating from law school, she returned to the Fifth District Court of Appeal as an Appellate Judicial Attorney and served in that role for three years before turning her focus to workers' compensation defense.
Since then, Leticia has dedicated her practice to representing insurance carriers, TPAs, PEOs, and self-insured employers.
Leticia is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
