Christopher Harris received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 2017, where he participated as a student-athlete on the football team and was a founding member of the university's philosophy club. Mr. Harris earned his Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School in 2021, where he served as a Student Council representative and was a member of his class moot court team.
Mr. Harris has worked in workers' compensation as a hearing and lien representative for law firms and third-party administrators since graduating from law school, bringing more than four years of industry experience prior to joining Goldman Magdalin Straatsma LLP. He began his workers' compensation career with an applicant's firm before transitioning to the defense side, where he represented major law firms and third-party administrators in all types of conferences, hearings, and trials.
Mr. Harris has extensive experience navigating the California workers' compensation system, handling matters from the initiation of litigation through settlement and post-resolution lien negotiations. His comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation procedures and litigation enables him to effectively represent clients throughout every stage of the claims process.
