Paul J. Magdalin
Founding Partner Paul J. Magdalin graduated from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 1978. Mr. Magdalin is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist and has extensive experience defending Labor Code Section 132a claims, coverage disputes, serious and willful misconduct claims, as well as handling subrogation and appellate matters. He is a frequent lecturer and speaker at industry conventions and seminars.
Mr. Magdalin was licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida before relocating to California in 1983. Upon his admission to the California Bar that same year, he began his workers' compensation defense practice.
He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association, and the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of California.
