Mason H. Brush
Mason H. Brush is a Managing Partner with the firm. Mr. Brush earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii in 1979. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in 1982, where he served on the Law Review.
Mr. Brush has practiced workers' compensation law since 1983, handling all aspects of workers' compensation matters, including the defense of Labor Code Section 132(a) petitions and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims. He has extensive trial and appellate experience.
Prior to joining Goldman, Magdalin, Straatsma, LLP, Mr. Brush was a founding partner of the workers' compensation defense firm Vileisis, Brush & Goldflam.
Mr. Brush is a member of the State Bar of California and is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist.
