Poonam D. Mehta received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University. Ms. Mehta began her career representing insurance companies in subrogation matters. She then worked as in-house counsel for a medical device company prior to joining GMS’s Subrogation and Civil Defense Departments. She is admitted to practice in all jurisdictions of the State of California, as well as the Southern Districts of the United States District Court.
