Biography

Larry D. Preece is Of Counsel with the firm. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1986.

Mr. Preece has more than twenty years of workers' compensation defense experience, including Labor Code Section 132a claims, serious and willful misconduct claims, and insurance coverage issues, with a special emphasis on appellate work, including statutory and discretionary writs and Petitions for Reconsideration.

Mr. Preece is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation and a member of the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys Association.
