Jessica A. Tyndall
Jessica A. Tyndall is a Partner with the firm. She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She also received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Ms. Tyndall began her career in the workers' compensation field as a law clerk at Goldman, Magdalin, Straatsma, LLP in 2014. She has extensive experience representing both private and public entities, including municipalities, hospitals, and school districts, in all aspects of workers' compensation defense, including Labor Code Section 132a claims and Serious and Willful Misconduct matters. She is also well-versed in presumptive claims and Education Code issues.
Ms. Tyndall is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist.
