Jeremiah Heisler
Jeremiah Heisler is a Managing Partner with the firm. He provides legal advice, strategic guidance, and litigation support to employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and public entities in workers' compensation matters.
Mr. Heisler received his Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University, where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. During law school, Mr. Heisler received the Witkin Award in Immigration Law and was named to the Dean's List.
Mr. Heisler takes an aggressive yet practical approach to resolving claims through depositions, discovery, settlement negotiations, and litigation. He represents employers in matters involving Labor Code Section 132a discrimination claims, Serious and Willful Misconduct claims, insurance coverage issues, appellate matters, arbitration, public entity disability claims, lien resolution and litigation, and a wide range of issues arising throughout the workers' compensation process.
In addition to providing litigation and claims services to employers, Mr. Heisler has presented educational seminars for clients, colleagues, and human resources professionals. He has spoken at both the California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA) Convention and the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Convention.
